CEA Takes the Consumer Electronics Show to Congress

The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) will stage a version of its Consumer Electronics Show on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, and open the event to Members of Congress, their staff, Administration officials and regional press. Event exhibitors will include Best Buy, LG, Sony, Panasonic, Motorola, Microsoft, and Google.

The original CES, which takes place annually in January in Las Vegas, is the largest consumer electronics trade show in the world.

CES on the Hill is scheduled for April 20 and CEA said it will give lawmakers the chance to interact with products that are changing the way we live and work, and which are often at the center of current policy debates.
