Confidence up in March: Conference Board

For the fourth time in the past six months, the Conference Board of Canada's Index of Consumer Confidence has reversed course, this time moving up 4.3 points to 92.5. While the March gain wasn't enough to overcome February's drop, the index is 36.4 points ahead of when it was at this time last year, the board is reporting. Read more.
