Hammond Power Solutions Inc. Announces Election of David J. FitzGibbon to Board of Directors

Hammond Power Solutions (HPS) Inc. announces that David J. FitzGibbon has been elected to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting of shareholders held on May 25, 2010, increasing the number of independent Directors to five.

Mr. FitzGibbon serves on many Boards within the electrical manufacturing industry. He is the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ilsco Corporation, an electrical connector manufacturer based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
