This is Whirlpool Canada's seventh ENERGY STAR award since the program was initiated in Canada in 2001, and is the company's fifth Manufacturer of the Year award. Whirlpool Canada Named 2010 ENERGY STAR Manufacturer of the Year
Natural Resources Canada (NRCAN) has named Whirlpool Canada the 2010 ENERGY STAR Manufacturer of the Year. This prestigious award recognizes the company's continued leadership in offering Canadian consumers energy and water efficiency solutions through its leading home appliance brands.
